At Zah Beauty, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:


Broken or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged upon delivery, please contact support@zahbeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for support.


Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product, a request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must include all original packaging.
  • The return parcel must reach Zah Beauty within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect order, incomplete order, or an empty box, please provide an unboxing or unpacking video to our customer support team at support@zahbeauty.com. This requirement ensures the accurate processing of your issue.
